How to Pay Your Utility Bill

For the convenience of our customers, we provide the following payment options:

• Pay in person at City Hall 
• Pay by mail - Make check payable to the City of Stayton and mail to 362 N. Third Avenue, Stayton, OR 97383
• Online Bill Payment and Auto-Pay through our partnership with Xpress Bill Pay.
• An after-hours drop box is located to the right of the Police department entrance (386 N. 3rd Avenue) and is marked "Water Payments."
