Planning Commission 

Agendas for Planning Commission meetings are posted here as soon as they are prepared, generally, the Monday before the Commission meeting. Minutes are posted once approved by the Planning Commission, generally the month after the meeting occurs.

The second tab below provides notice of upcoming public hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council, and provides access to materials associated with that public hearing.

The Planning Commission meets the last Monday of the month. If you would like to receive the agenda delivered to your inbox, let us know by emailing our Community and Economic Development Director Jennifer Siciliano.

For documents prior to 2022, visit our Google Drive.  Usually, the entire packet will be posted, rather than just the agenda.  Note that the packet files may be large and downloading may be quicker if you right click on the link below and "save target as."

Notices of upcoming land use public hearings before the Planning Commission or City Council can be found below.

When feasible, copies of the application and plans will also be posted, along with the staff report and staff's proposed decision, known as a draft order. 

  • The City Council and the Planning Commissioners may be participating remotely over the internet.  The audience and other participants will be able to watch the proceedings live on YouTube.

  • Those wishing to submit testimony are encouraged to do so in by email or by phone.  Contact the Community and Economic Development Director for details on how to participate.
